We had Paul as our photographer at Crowcombe Court a few weeks ago for our wedding day & we couldn’t recommend him enough! Our photos are absolutely incredible and we are so grateful to be able to look back on the photos and remember our day. He made everybody feel at ease & dealt with the chaos of group photos amazingly. Me & my husband are both really awkward at getting our picture taken so we also did the pre wedding shoot which made sure we felt much calmer on the day. Paul captured our wedding at Crowcombe Court in November 2025. He is wonderful. So pleased with his service from start to finish; he is warm, friendly and you feel utterly relaxed around him. Even when taking photos in the busiest of places (Ashton Court on a Saturday morning!), he makes you feel like you are the only people there. From the moment we first got in touch with Paul, we knew we were in safe hands. He was warm, professional, and instantly put us at ease. On the day itself, he was absolutely brilliant – not only capturing everything so beautifully but also bringing such great energy to the wedding. He blended in so naturally, but at the same time everyone noticed how fantastic he was. Guests kept commenting on how much fun he made it, and how he managed to get the perfect shots without it ever feeling forced. For me personally, I’m not the biggest fan of being in front of the camera, but Paul had a way of gently encouraging me to take more photos – and I’m so glad he did. Those little nudges have given us memories we’ll treasure forever, and I honestly can’t thank him enough for that. From start to finish, first contact to the final gallery – the whole process has been effortless and enjoyable. The photos are beyond what we could have hoped for, and every time we look at them we’re taken straight back to the best day of our lives. Paul didn’t just take pictures, he captured the feeling of the day, and that’s priceless. Your wedding day is easily the best day of your life, the second best is the day you receive your photos from Paul Aston. Paul not only captured our day beautifully, he added to it with his infectious personality and his ability to take away all of the anxieties and stress you face on your day. There are not enough words to express how grateful and appreciative we are for having Paul Aston as our photographer! From booking him, to the big day, Paul made it so easy, comfortable and fun.
