Wow! 2022, what an amazing year!

Gooooood morning and happy New Years Eve! Can you believe it’s the LAST day of 2022?

I woke up at 5am this morning to sit down in peace and quiet and spend a little time reflecting on the past year. For me, 2022 was a year of some really amazing moments and also some really challenging ones. I have learnt so much. It has been a year to remember for sure. 53 weddings and 30 pre-shoots in 2022, and it only feels like yesterday when I left my job in A&E after 12 years of service for the biggest leap of faith in my life.

2022 has been my first full year of shooting weddings and the experience has been nothing short of speculator.

I would like to give special recognition to these two next to me in the picture. Viv, my gorgeous wife, and Matt, my fabulous friend who have been invaluable to me for the past year, giving me so much support. Thank you so much.

Over the past year I have worked with many people from the wedding industry, some of whom have become firm friends and it has been a pleasure. Thank you to all of you.

I have also become a recommended photographer at Crowcombe Court and I cannot thank the team enough for their ongoing support. It is a spectacular venue for a wedding and the team are professional and fun. A great team to work with.

I have shot traditional and non traditional weddings and each one has been unique. To all my wonderful couples from this year, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have many lasting memories. Thank you for choosing me.

And to the couples that have booked me for next year, I am very much looking forward to working with you all. Roll on 2023, it is going to be amazing!
